2023 Flying Season Finishes with Mission 81

 

Honor Flight Rochester is very pleased to announce that Mission 81 will fly to Washington, D.C. this weekend (October 21-22). 

Sixty-two veterans will fly on Mission 81 including 1 World War II veteran, 6 Korean War veterans, 3 Cold War veterans, 8 Cold War/Vietnam War veterans and 44 Vietnam War veterans.

Unfortunately veterans cannot choose what flight they will travel on due to medical and logistic issues associated with the flight process. We also encourage veterans from the Syracuse and Buffalo area's to visit and register with their local Honor Flight hubs before registering with Rochester Honor Flight.
