Terms and Agreement

  1. As photographic and video equipment are frequently used to document Honor Flight trips and Events, I understand images of veterans may appear in a public forum, such as web site and media to acknowledge and promote the work of Honor Flight.
  2. I hereby release the photographer and Honor Flight from all claims relating to said photographs. I give my permission for my images captured during Honor Flight activities and waive any rights of compensation or ownership.
  3. I further acknowledge that medical insurance is the responsibility of the guardian, and understand that neither Honor Flight nor the provider of aircraft provides medical care. Honor Flight Rochester would not be successful without the generous support of our guardians. Guardians play a significant role on every trip, ensuring that every veteran has a safe and memorable experience.

Guardians MUST be between the ages of 18 and 70 and be able-bodied. Spouses and significant others of our veterans cannot go on a trip as a guardian. The primary responsibility of a Guardian is the physical safety and security of their Veteran - helping up and down steps, off buses, pushing their Veteran in a wheelchair up and down ramps, and physically handling equipment and baggage. This is a physical, working trip for Guardians.

Guardians are also required to contribute a minimum of $450 toward their own trip expenses (airline fare, hotel, etc.) which total about $750. Please read the instructions below to make your contribution via credit card or a PayPal account:

  • After submitting your info on the form at the left, please click the Donations button at the top of this page which will take you to our donation page.
  • Please follow the instructions there.

You may also mail a check payable to Honor Flight Rochester to the address above.

Thank you for your generous support.
