Mission 21 Completed!

On Sunday April 21, Honor Flight Rochester concluded our first mission of the 2012 Flight season. Forty six Veterans made the trip to Washington, DC and it was a GREAT experience for all! Even the weather cooperated! Channel 10 did a nice story about the welcome home. You can see it on their website. Congratulations to all Honor Flight volunteers and veterans for making Mission 21 a success!

Unfortunately veterans cannot choose what flight they will travel on due to medical and logistic issues associated with the flight process. We also encourage veterans from the Syracuse and Buffalo area's to visit and register with their local Honor Flight hubs before registering with Rochester Honor Flight.
